Also, the European Wii Virtual Console release is the same as the PAL 1.1 ROM. It was exclusive to select hotels, and has not been dumped.
There is no in-game language selection feature. Although they are technically different binaries, the only difference between the two is the country code byte in the ROM header, which is used to set the ROM's default language.
